v4.2 of my personal site! Initially, the frontend consisted of Vue.js, and the backend was made with Node and Mongo, but this proved cumbersome, inefficient, and bulky for my needs and standard. After learning PHP, I saw this as being the better solution since it is lighter and performs similar to a framework such as Vue, and this is what my site currently runs on. Parts of the style is used from Bulma.io, with icons used from Ionicons, both open source.
With this version of the site I wanted to experiment more with branding such as color choice and the overall vibe. I also wanted to modularize the page by dividing up content into clear sections. Finally, this is a more modern and minimal design, leaving out unnecessary weight to the website.
